If required, as an additional service we can also scan all your informationin the process andlink them to the online entries. This allows quick and easy access to the source documentation. No more scrambling around looking for documents.
We can also monitor your debtors and creditors, cashflow and produce
regular management accounts to track your company’s performance.
If you are wish to look after all of the bookkeeping yourself, we also offer various packages based on the requirements of your business
- Full Online Bookkeeping Service
- All your sales and receipts posted onto Xero online accounts package.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts from .csv file supplied by you from your own online banking facility.
- Preparation of periodic VAT returns
- All purchase invoices scanned and linked to the data entries online.
You simply supply a copy of the invoices in PDF format. Alternatively if you wish, we can scan the documents for you for an additional fee.
